All of our new clients will require an initial consultation.

Our consultation is made up of two remote meetings (45 minute session + 30 minute follow up) via zoom. Prior to our first meeting, you will receive a student profile questionnaire to enable you  to share as much information about your child as possible, and to make the most of our time together.

After your initial consultation, many families choose to meet remotely over zoom. It is the most cost effective option, and can be scheduled around work and child commitments. 

This package is ideal for 

• First time at school families.

• Families who require professional advice and support to compare various school options.

• Families who need support with choosing a school, whilst being budget conscious.

• Children who have few, to no underlying issues which may make choosing a school tricky.

• Families who are unfamiliar with the Victorian school system.

• International students - we can advise on a range of school options and support your research by speaking to schools on your behalf.

Remote (online) Packages starting from $57.25

Our face to face packages are ideal for those who require a little more support or have greater needs. We’d love to meet you and your family, especially your children face to face to get an idea about who you are, what you care about and your educational goals for your child/ren.

This package is ideal for

• ​Private vs Public vs Catholic,

• Students who are gifted/talented and/or in  need acceleration

• Students with additional learning needs

• Students with a diagnosed condition (medical, developmental, social, psychological)

• Students who may qualify for Funding.

• Students managing elite extracurricular endeavors such as Sporting, Musical or Language priorities.

Face to Face Packages starting from $375.95 (may incur additional travel costs)

You’re calling the shots here. You’re busy, so we’ll come to you when it suits. We can even attend your open days at specific schools for you or with you.

With is package we can

• Organise and submit enrollment packages for you.

• Liaise with the school in regard to entrance requirements and interviews on your behalf.

• Assist with uniform, book lists and laptops

• Organisation of and preparation for Boarding School

• Support with international student transfers.
